Coaches needed for ESOT Hackathon: Empowering Transplant Patients
We our looking for coaches to support teams in the upcoming ESOT Hackathon: Empowering Transplant Patients.
This summer, the EIT Health Alumni Network is partnering with the European Society for Organ Transplantation (ESOT) to launch a new hackathon to identify and develop tools to serve the transplant patient community. Find out more about the event here!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for coaches to guide the innovation process of the teams, by checking in with them regularly while they are doing a specific exercise. If teams are stuck, coaches can provide help by asking the right questions and guiding them in the right direction. Coaches make sure all team members have a chance to speak up and see to it that the team vibe is positive, creating an open, innovative environment for all teams.
What is the timeframe?
The hackathon runs for a few months, but coaches are definitely needed for 2 July, where coaches will be assigned to 2/3 teams (depending on nr. of participants).
Another opportunity for coaches is to get involved over the summer period (‘Collaboration time and coaching’ mid July to mid September). We again assign coaches to 2 teams and they will catch up with their teams every 2 weeks for progress updates. Coaches can plan these one-hour catch-ups when they and the teams are available.
How to get involved?
Send us a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org, briefly outlining your motivation to join, and your previous coaching experience.
